Enrollment Process & Other Details

Archbishop Edward A. McCarthy High School is an Archdiocese of Miami Catholic school dedicated to Catholic principles and offering a college preparatory curriculum. Our school admits students of any race, color, sex, nationality, or ethnic origin to all rights, privileges, programs, and other activities generally accorded or made available to the students at our school. We do not discriminate in the administration of educational policies, admission policies, athletics, or any other school-administered program.

APPLICATION FOR ADMISSION

The application must be submitted to begin the Admissions process.

ENTRANCE EXAM

For Incoming Freshmen ONLY: Complete and submit the Application for Admission and the Entrance Exam Registration form that is available in the queue. The exam is December 3, 2022, and there is a $50.00 registration fee. IMPORTANT: The applicant must take the test at their first choice ADOM Catholic high school to be considered in the first round of decision letters for the applicable year. All other applications will be reviewed at a later date, if space becomes available.

OPEN HOUSE

Our 2022 Open House will take place Saturday, October 29. Prospective students and their parents are encouraged to attended one of the two sessions offered that day, touring our campus and visiting classrooms.

TUITION

There are five (5) tuition payment options for the 2022-2023 school year.

FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE

All families applying for financial assistance must first go through the admissions process for each student. Financial assistance applications will not be reviewed unless a student has been admitted to the school and is registered for the 2022-2023 school year. The deadline for application is May 1, 2022.
